Add a better way to break down trees.

Clearing out forests is the most painful task any new town-owner has to go through, I think there should be an item sold in the job shops that can either instantly destroy trees or do some other thing to get rid of those pesky trees quicker.

Also if there's a way to increase the mining range, please, I hate towering up to finish off trees.
