I feel that there needs to be more regulations on usable claimed areas which are left barren, as certain people just use alts and 1-player towns to claim an entire country, and then do not use the land for anything, just so that their colour can appear on more area. For example, towns/nations like Catland, Deutschland, Saxony have claimed all of South Italy, Germany and more, and these areas are grass and plains, so building actual infrastructure is very possible, but this land goes unused for the sake of expansionism. Imo we need regulations on usable hollowed and claimed territory that is left barren. Thank you in advance for taking this into consideration.
